We operate a strict “No-spam” policy. We have all been plagued by overloaded Inboxes and email that doesn’t reach its recipient because a junk filter has picked up a legitimate word and construed it, incorrectly, to be part of a spamming campaign.


To make sure you never spam anyone we suggest a “double opt-in” policy. This means that every new user you add to your contact list will receive an emailing confirming they gave been added to the list. They must confirm they are happy to proceed with this by clicking on a link within the email.


This is one of the key methods of differentiating your legitimate email marketing campaigns from spam.


Another method we employ is effective copywriting. It sounds simple but by avoiding certain phrases and using certain design principles, most spam filters will realise your message is legitimate and deal with it appropriately.
