We understand that a new system can at first be daunting for even the most seasoned computer user, so to make you feel at home immediately we will walk you through your first few campaigns allowing you to become accustomed to the user interface in your own time. We have found over time that because the interface is designed to look and feel like familiar Microsoft applications like Word, nearly all our users are up and running in very little time.
You will be assigned a Account Manager who will be at the other end of the phone if you have any issues. Our platform is so stable the number of “support calls” tends to be very low, and the majority of our calls tend to be along the lines of “How would you word this?” or “Do you think running these two promotions in tandem is sensible?” and of course having a friendly voice at the other end of the phone to play ideas around with can always help.
